Search for “ Command Prompt” by typing it either right in the Start menu or by pressing the search button right next to it. Navigate to the location C > Windows > System32 > Drivers > Etc by navigating to it after opening the File Explorer.

Wrong settings in the ‘hosts’ file – The ‘hosts’ file contains important information about apps connecting to the Internet and it’s possible that the entry for TeamViewer got corrupted.
