At some point before Legion hits, there will be Early Access to Demon Hunters as well.
You can access things in the prepatch like the new wardrobe system, the 7.0 prelaunch event, and UI Improvements.

This patch contains many system and UI changes for Legion-you just can’t access Legion content or level to 110. We do not know when the Legion prepatch will hit, but they are usually a few weeks before the expansion. Blizzard briefly posted the Legion Pre-Expansion Patch PTR notes to their blog-they are now removed, but still up in our blue tracker. Had CS remove 2nd PTR and then never got the access to stress test. Patch 7.1 introduces a lot of hotfixes, features, and changes to the game.
